Position Summary:
The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and concerns. This position involves responding to client inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process client orders, requests for information, and service inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to address client needs and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information
• This position will back up the order desk Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Phone calls, online orders and service faxes from clients (requesting floor covering, carpet cleaning, refinishing, and restoration or enhancement services) are routed through our ordering software or through a dedicated telephone/fax line

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a professional customer service position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software
• Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
